Welcome to the Robison Chapel Newsletter! There will be a lot happening at Robinson Chapel in the coming weeks. So be sure to check out the details below, mark your calendars and plan to join us!
Upcoming Worship Schedule
October 20- Creed “I Believe… In the Forgiveness of Sin”. We will be looking at what Christians believe about the forgiveness of sin.
October 27-Creed “I Believe… In the Resurrection of Life” All Saints Day. We will be remembering and honoring those who have passed for this life to the next.
November 3- First “The Competition” We will launch our Stewardship Sermon Series by looking at the things that compete for “First” place in our lives.
November 10- First “The Challenge”. Week 2 of our Stewardship Sermon Series looks at the challenges to adjust our priorities.
November 17- First “The Commitment” Wrapping up our Stewardship Sermon Series by committing to put God First.
November 24- “With Gratitude” It is with grateful hearts that we say thank you!
Mission Update…Did you know that all loose change given in the offering plate each Sunday goes to UMCOR? All food donations are welcomed and greatly appreciated. This month our highlighted items are: October- Soups Mark your calendars for November 2. We will join forces with Covenant UMC for a Project 216 packing event. If you are interested in participating, please sign up on the list in the hospitality room. For more information check out this link | Thank you for your generosity! Small Group offerings…
Tuesday Morning Prayer Group- 9am. Join us in body or in spirit to pray for the needs of our church, community and the world. All are welcome!
Tuesday Evening Small Group Study- 6:30pm. Pastor Peggy leads this topical study. Currently we taking a look at what Christians believe and why. All are welcome!
Wednesday Night Small Group Bible Study- 7pm. This group is currently reached its capacity.
Sunday School- Sunday mornings- 9am. Led by Matt Cochran, this group will study a variety of topics. All are welcome!
